A new era began when the name Transnational Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd was launched in Kuching in December 1998. It marked a new beginning for the Company formerly known as Inchape Insurance Brokers (M) Sdn Bhd, when Sarawak based shareholders, Warble Resources Sdn Bhd and Permodalan Assar Sdn Bhd bought over foreign held equities to make Transnational Insurance Brokers the only wholly owned East Malaysian broker and consultant, holding Insurance and takaful broker license from Bank Negara Malaysia, to have established operations in Petaling Jaya, Johor Bahru, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.

Transnational has staff strength of 46 servicing some of the top corporations in Malaysia. A strong management team enforced by a dedicated support team is committed to provide the highest standard of professional insurance and takaful service to the Company's loyal clientele base.
